who is a world renowned ballet dancer, RAD examiner & private ballet coach. Marie is passionate about safe dance practices and has
developed these exercises to help students gain a greater understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment.
In this class we will do various exercises that will strengthen your core stability, balance and improve your general technique. These techniques are taught in the Pointe Technique classes. There are two classes available - one for current syllabus students (level 7 and above) and a Saturday class for any dancers interested in improving their all-around technique (open to any age from 12yrs). These classes are purely technique classes all year round.
